As inspirations go my headline has let me down; aided by hanging out some washing in between. I wonder how those on “the edge of the worst of the tropical convergence zone” (make that rain – in the Caribbean) cope with their wet sheets and towels.
And yes, I do have a tumble drier, but how sensual slipping between sheets picked from the washing line, smelling of fresh air; towels a little rough on your skin.
Maybe a theme for the poets amongst you to pick up; Toronto/California - how about it? I shall throw the same morsel to my home grown lyricist.
